Come for happy hour at Rockdale to learn and drink with Rabbi Drew Kaplan, local rabbi and founder of Jewish Drinking, a resource for exploring drinking in Jewish life, history, and tradition. In "Wine Not? Elevating Shabbat Through Ritual Drinking," Rabbi Kaplan will teach us about Kiddush, the Great Kiddush, and Havdallah, shedding light on the mechanics of how these drinking rituals elevate our Shabbat experience.
