The Women of Rockdale are hosting an in-person Art Auction/Social Event on Saturday February 25, 2023 starting at 6:30PM in the Heldman Social Hall at Rockdale Temple. The festivities will begin with heavy hors d’oeuvers, beverages, and the opportunity to connect with old and new friends. 

The Art Auction will be presented by a Marlin Arts Auctioneer who will entertain us with information about the artists and the techniques used to create the art. Purchase of art works is not a requirement, but Marlin Arts will be presenting many beautiful and reasonably priced pieces that are always fun to see. The framing is very high quality.

We will wind down the evening with lively rounds of karaoke, desserts, and more beverages. The food will be catered by the students in the culinary school at Great Oaks.

The funds raised through ticket sales and 20% of art purchases will be used to help buy a retractable awing for our patio adjacent to the Social Hall and other programs that Women of Rockdale sponsors to benefit Rockdale.

The $35 tickets are inclusive. The art work will be presented virtually by an auctioneer on a screen in the Chapel and participants will bid using their cell phones. See a preview of the art for sale starting February 20, 2023 - click HERE.
