How to be Compassionately Honest with Speaker Linda Chatterjee

WoR President Linda Chatterjee will lead our September event, teaching us about Non-Violent Communication. Nonviolent Communication (NVC), also called Compassionate Communication, is a way of speaking and listening that helps you to:

• Understand yourself and others

• Speak up about things you dislike without damaging relationships

• Keep your cool in conflict

• Get to “win/win” solutions

• Increase your chances of getting what you need

• Give genuine empathy

Linda has been learning and teaching NVC for over ten years. She has given presentations to the teachers and artists of Artworks, senior students at Ursuline Academy, parents at Pleasant Ridge Montessori school, coworkers at TriHealth, and community members at Community Happens Here.
